More about Capital Canine
By focusing on real world dog training, we are able to help owners improve the relationship with their dog, so owners can have better control and dogs can have more freedom. With our balanced approach to training, we look to develop reliable communication to give dogs clear direction and leadership in times they may need it. We find that dogs want to be led, owners just need to know how to! When working with each dog we practice countless repetitions in different environments to shape healthy habits. This way your dog has the skills needed to make good decisions around distractions that you come across each day.
Our training programs are open to all dogs, no matter their breed, behaviors or age. We are highly experienced with problem behaviors including aggression towards people and dogs, anxiety and resource guarding. Whether you are starting to see these behaviors for the first time or have worked with multiple trainers before, we can help! While we work with dogs to stop these behaviors, we recommend training early to build a strong, healthy relationship and prevent problem behaviors from happening in the first place
