Our Training System

Phase 1: Behavior Transformation Programs

We offer a variety of behavior transformation programs depending on your dog’s unique challenges and your training goals. Each program starts with the leash and positive reinforcement (aka: food and toys) to build mutual trust, and expands from there.
Phase 2: Owner Education

While training the individual dog is important, long term success comes from you, the owners, understanding how to do things the right way! Each of our programs include owner coaching to ensure you have the knowledge, tools, and skills to effectively communicate with your dog.
Phase 3: Continued Support

After training is complete, we offer continued support through group sessions, AKA Park Time, to ensure you keep the training fresh. Park Time sessions are held with fellow Capital Canine graduates to reinforce their training in high distraction environments. Park Times are held weekly year round.
